Do you accept refunds or cancellations?
Due to the nature of our live bidding and mystery products, all sales are generally final. However, if you have a specific issue, please contact us directly at sales@redsealtcg.com. We'll do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
What if my package arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your Pokemon cards securely. In the rare event your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to both the package and its contents at sales@redsealtcg.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
What if there aren't many viewers in your stream?
Don't let a smaller stream count deter you! A lower viewer count often means less competition for awesome deals on Pokemon cards and surprise sets. It can be a great opportunity to snag incredible products at even better prices, and you get more personal interaction with us!
What should I know if I'm new to RedSealTCG or Whatnot?
Welcome! We strive for a family-friendly stream, but please be aware that we might occasionally use strong language or play inappropriate songs.
